As a TEFL Instructor at ECC, you will be responsible for teaching English language classes to a diverse group of students ranging from preschool age to retirees. Your teaching responsibilities will include: - Designing and delivering engaging lesson plans focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and grammar skills - Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback - Creating an immersive English-speaking environment - Collaborating with fellow team members to promote a supportive learning atmosphere Classes are typically conducted in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends, and you will have opportunities to connect with students through small class sizes, enabling personalized instruction. **Kid’s English Instructor** In this role, you will specifically focus on teaching children aged 18 months to 12 years. Your tasks will include: - Implementing fun and educational activities that enhance communication skills - Managing small class sizes (up to ten students) for personalized attention - Building confidence in young learners through interactive education - Encouraging teamwork and cultural exchange among students **Adult English Teacher** As an Adult English Teacher, your focus will be on improving global communication skills among adult learners. You will: - Lead classes ranging from 40 to 80 minutes and up to twelve students - Foster critical thinking and cultural awareness through discussion-based learning - Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly - Create a dynamic classroom environment that motivates adult learners to engage fully in their studies.
